In the quaint town of Markle, Indiana, Dan Garde and his wife Kristen are embarking on an exciting new adventure. Dan, who once worked in a family restaurant in Markle during the 90s, is returning to his culinary roots with a twist. After spending over 28 years in the corporate world, a recent downsizing event became the catalyst for Dan to pursue a dream long in the making: launching a food truck.
Dan's early experience in the family restaurant ignited his passion for food, a passion that he has kept alive through years of developing and tweaking recipes. Now, he is ready to share his culinary creations with the world, offering what he describes as "scratch-made ballpark food." This unique fare promises to bring a gourmet twist to the familiar comfort foods typically found in stadiums and arenas.
The menu will feature a variety of dishes that Dan has perfected over the years, ensuring a delicious experience for every customer. While the focus will initially be on these handcrafted meals, premium sides are also in the pipeline. Dan and Kristen plan to introduce these sides gradually, once they are fully comfortable with the operations of their new food truck.
